How do I set up my PIN?
When you first open Nopnoe, you'll be prompted to create a PIN. Choose a 4-6 digit PIN that you'll remember but others won't guess easily.
I forgot my PIN. What should I do?
Unfortunately, PINs cannot be recovered for security reasons. You'll need to reinstall the app and create a new account.
How do I start a chat?
Tap the "+" button to create a new chat. You'll be given a unique chat ID that you can share with someone to start chatting.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Nopnoe uses end-to-end encryption, meaning only you and your chat partner can read your messages. We cannot access your conversations.
Can I block someone?
Yes, you can block users by tapping on their profile and selecting the block option.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the report feature within the chat to flag inappropriate content. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
